Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs: How to Get Paid While Gaining Business Experience in Europe
A practical walkthrough of the EYE exchange — stipends, host matching, and the business plan reviewers want.
The concept
New or aspiring entrepreneurs spend 1–6 months working alongside an experienced host entrepreneur in another participating country. There is no age limit.
The stipend
Monthly grants range from roughly €560 to €1,100 depending on the destination country, paid via your local Intermediary Organisation.
The business plan
Your application hinges on a credible business plan. Reviewers look for a clear value proposition, market analysis and how the exchange accelerates your venture.
Finding a host
Use the EYE matching platform and reach out proactively. A well-aligned host dramatically increases the value of the exchange.
Fill in the form and let's review your profile together.
We review your intention and entrepreneurial profile in a pre-eligibility assessment. We contact you within 24 hours of your form submission to discuss your needs, the consultancy scope and next steps.
The official EYE application is free; our consultancy is a separate paid service. No guarantee of acceptance, matching or funding.
